Due to the winter weather, the Mountain View School District will not be in session tomorrow, Wednesday February 1. Tomorrow will be AMI Day 7. The Jr. boys game will start at 10:00 a. m. and then the Sr. girls and boys games will follow. This is if the weather permits. We will update on the Thursday and Friday night games. A reminder for parents/guardians: Please make sure to bring parent and doctor notes to school upon students returning after being absent. You have five school days to get these to school after the absence occurs. We cannot take these notes after five days. See the student handbook page 26. We are mandated by state law to turn in to the courts students who have seven unexcused absences. Students will receive a letter home after the third unexcused absence and a second letter home after the sixth unexcused absence. Upon the seventh unexcused absence, the student must be turned into the court system. If you have questions, please see page 26 in the student handbook.
